Color Printers Update

Good news! Both of the color printers (main level & upper level) are back and functioning properly. 

Remember, if you have issues with any of the printers at any time, please:

1. Fill out a Systems Work Request

2. Place an 'Out of Order' sign on the machine

3. Email me or blog about the outage here so that everyone working the desk can be notified

Replacing Color Toner

Hi All,

Chris just called me and informed me that the old color printer that was on the main level cannot be repaired but the color toners still in the printer can be used when we run out of toner on the replacement printer that's now on the main level.

So, once the color printer on the main level runs out of toner, please go upstairs and get toner out of the old color printer before opening any new toner.

Color Printer Upstairs

Hi Reference Team!

In case you didn't know, there is now a second color printer, located on the upper level, in addition to the one that is on the main level. Students now have access to a b/w printer, color printer, KIC scanner, and copy machine on the upper level. Remember to check this new printer whenever you are checking the paper/toner levels. Also as always, make sure you log whatever supplies you add to the printers.
