Texan Hall Hours

Hi Reference Team!

Lisa emailed me this morning with the hours for Texan Hall in case we get any calls:

Texan Hall Library will not have any extended hours or be open on Sundays.  The Hickman building closes at 10 p.m. and is not open on Sundays.

Reference Team:

There are 3 computers with out of order signs. Computer 6: the tower & holder are broken and its on the ground and the extra parts are at the Reference desk. Computer 5: Tower in holder is pushed back too far.  Computer 1: The screen says Systems Deployment Menu. Boot from local hard drive and the boot  keeps counting down. I have filled out a computer report.

Hi Reference Team!

Lisa emailed me today regarding Tarrant County College (TCC) students calling the Reference Desk for information if she's unavailable.

Here's the information we need to assist these particular students:

Our TCC students have a different log-on than our TSU students.  

For this semester their log-on is ID: TCC_student; PW: Tcc15easy.  

Also if they are needing to print they need to go to the Hickman Library queue rather than the Release Station.
