Hi All,
Just a reminder that if you place an "out of order" sign on any computer, printer, etc., you also need to follow up with a Systems Work Request. There's a link to the form on this blog and here is also the direct link: http://www.tarleton.edu/library/service-request.html
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Christy

Update to Tarleton WiFi
Beginning tomorrow,
Thursday, August 18th, 2016, most Tarleton WiFi users will be asked

What
to expect when connecting to Texans-NTNET
- Your
phone/tablet/laptop may prompt you to trust the new certificate
- Once
trusted, the new certificate will be stored on your device.
Subsequent Texans-NTNET connections will occur automatically
If you have questions or
need assistance connecting to WiFi, please contact the Help Desk at

Newer Collaboration Tables
Hi Reference Team,
Chris stopped by this morning and asked me to pass on this information regarding the newer collaboration tables:
If a student has used a laptop/device on the table and the regular computer interface does not show up after their use, you will need to press a small button which is located down where the connectors/USB ports are located (see image below for example).
Once you press this button, you should see the computer interface (black, control
+ alt + delete) on the screen.
Please let me or Chris know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Christy
