Tipasa (ILL) and Discovery Issue
Hi All,
Currently, Tipasa (our new ILL system) and Discovery are not "talking to one another" so if a patron locates an article via Discovery, they will need to log into their ILL account from the home page and copy and paste the article information into the request form instead of clicking on the "Request this item through interlibrary loan" link under Full Text Finder.
If they click the "Request this item through interlibrary loan" link, the page will not load.

Changes to Guest WiFi and ILL System
Hi All,
The "Tarleton-Guest" WiFi option is no longer available.
Guest users will need to log onto "Tarleton-Visitors" to access the WiFi.
Note that this WiFi account does not allow access to the library's databases.
If guest users need to access the library's resources, they will need to ask for a Guest Pass at the Reference Desk.
Additionally, the ILL system has changed from Illaid to Tipasa, so when users log in, the interface will look different. When helping a user, please make sure that they indicate the correct delivery location on the request form because they will need to select a specific delivery location with each ILL request.

Hi Everyone!
Amanda and Phyllis are out today, and as you already know, the lower level is still closed for
construction. If students need books from the curriculum collection please let me know and I'll be
happy to get them, or any other material in the audiovisual collection as well.
