Dr. Gandhi, a Nursing faculty member, contacted me today to see if the library staff could assist her students with creating PowerPoint presentations. She said that several of her students do not have experience using PowerPoint so they would need help with the program.
I gave her my contact information but told her that anyone at the Reference Desk could assist students when they come in for help.
Here's the course number: MDLS 1100
She said to expect them within the next week or so.
That's all of the information I have at this time; I'll update this post if I learn more.
She had emailed me also & I sent her the link to the GFCLearnFree.org site (for software tutorials http://www.gcflearnfree.org/topics) and to Career Services staff information (for career info).
