Update on Color Printing

It seems the color printer has been jamming, as Christy blogged last week. Tracy and Chris took a look at it this morning and have made a suggestion. They believe because of humidity in the air the paper is curling and not flipping over for the double-sided prints. If someone prints double-sided color, have them reprint one-sided and fill out the Pharos Printing Credit form located in the Pharos folder at the desk. They will need to take the form to the Texan Card office in order to get they money back on their card. We need to keep Systems informed of anymore issues like this, so they can continue to keep the machines working properly for our users. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or anyone from Systems.

Thank you,
Crystal

  1. I felt that (humidity curling the paper) was the issue when I reported it online to Systems yesterday. That has not been a problem for a long time! Remember to fill out the Pharos Printing Credit form BEFORE you delete the duplex job!
