Remember to log paper and toner, please

Happy Monday Morning Everyone!

I just wanted to send out a quick reminder to everyone about logging reams of paper and toner cartridges. When you fill the printer or change out toner, there are log sheets that need to be filled out. Ream Usage log sheets are in plastic sheet protectors under the cabinet with the reams of paper and Toner Tracking sheets are at each reference desk (upper, main, and lower) in plastic sheet protectors.

Logging both reams of paper and toner cartridges is just another way to keep track of supplies beyond logging things out of the supply closet. This also allows me to compare usage of paper and toner from previous years and report that to Christy.

If you have any questions about either of the logging sheets, please feel free to ask. You can also look through the reference blog to find previous posts on how to log both paper and toner. I truly appreciate everyone's help in keeping track of the paper and toner.
